Refund & Return Policy

At Airi, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below:

📦 Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us at assist@helloairi.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.
• ❗Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened mouth tape packs for hygiene and safety reasons.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you need an exchange, email us at assist@helloairi.com with photos of the issue.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used mouth tape packs
• Gift cards or promotional items

❓ Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is missing items:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos if applicable
• We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a reshipment or refund
